Barnes & Noble is committed to sourcing only cage-free eggs and egg ingredients for all Café menu items by the end of 2025. They have made good progress toward their goal: currently, 84% of their total egg volume is cage-free across all locations. They expect to reach 87% cage-free by the end of 2023, at least 92% cage-free by the end of 2024, and to achieve their 100% cage-free goal by the end of 2025.
