This is a great gym, and it has punching bags. Full room of cardio equipment: bikes, elliptical, treadmill, reclining bike, rowing machines, 2 racquetball courts, a full basketball court, and all the right gear for a great resistance training workout. They installed a full crossfit room with overhead climbing/pullup bars, giant ropes, and box-jumping equipment. Their shower facilities offer privacy and are rarely full.
