A new Japanese and Korean restaurant called Mori Seoul is coming soon to Huntsville, according to online reports.
New Asian restaurant coming to Whitesburg Drive
Mori Seoul is preparing to open at 2358 Whitesburg Dr, Huntsville, Alabama 35801. The restaurant will move into the former space previously occupied by Hound & Harvest.
In addition, the project signals another dining addition for the Whitesburg Drive area, which continues to see new restaurant development and turnover.
Japanese and Korean cuisine coming soon to Huntsville
The upcoming restaurant will feature both Japanese and Korean food. While a full menu has not yet been released, the concept focuses on blending flavors from both cuisines.
More details, including opening timing, have not yet been announced beyond “coming soon.”

Mori Seoul is expected to offer a modern dining experience centered around Asian fusion cuisine. The restaurant will take over a familiar Huntsville location, giving the space a new identity.
